안녕하세요. 에이징랩의 CEO로서 aging research와 bioinformatics 분야에서 연구와 사업을 병행하고 있습니다.
10년 이상 omics와 AI 연구를 해왔고, 44편 이상의 논문을 발표했습니다. 한국인 1만 명의 WGS 게놈데이터를 분석하는 울산만명게놈프로젝트를 이끌었으며, RNA-Aging Clock과 Methylation-Aging Clock 기술을 개발했습니다.
현재는 aging research를 위한 AI agent 시스템인 GeroAgent를 개발하고 있습니다. 연구실 밖에서는 사진, 여행, 맛집 탐방을 즐기며, 이 블로그에서 그 모든 것을 기록합니다.
